Absolutely! For the best experience, we recommend heating your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes until they are warm and melty. This recreates the signature bakery-fresh experience.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we offer a delicious Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie that is processed with gluten-free ingredients. At this time, we do not offer a vegan cookie, but we are always exploring new recipes.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a resolution.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 2 days of arrival. If you want to save them for later, they can be frozen for up to 3 months in their original packaging or an airtight container.
